Information on refund
Please read on for all the necessary information on refunding your festival tickets and other extras.
If you decide to hold on to your ticket and not requesting a refund, you don’t need to do anything else, your tickets are automatically valid for 2021. This way, you have a guaranteed place at Telekom VOLT Festival 2021 without any additional costs. We are giving you lots of time to make your decision, so you have all the way until May 1st, 2021 to change your mind and request a refund.
For example, if you have a 3-day pass and you would like to get a refund, the €113 you spent on it will be refunded to your festival account and this amount will appear there as your balance. And you'll have the option to use this balance according to your liking, for instance, you can get day tickets for the value of your former pass.
This way you can relax and wait for all the information about next year’s events including date and artists announced and make your decision then. Your festival account balance can be used up to December 31, 2021 so you'll have the option of booking tickets for our 2022 festival editions that will go on sale autumn 2021.
However, if you cannot make it next year, of course refunds are available. Here’s what you have to do:
1. For the refund process, you will need to create a festival account, where you will be able to choose which items you would like to be refunded all the way until May 1st, 2021. You can create your festival account by clicking HERE.
2. The value of these items will be refunded on your festival account as a balance. You can either use this balance to purchase tickets or other festival extras for next year or get it refunded to your bank account.
3. Finally, by choosing the latter, your cash refund will be issued via bank transfer within 90 days from the date of request.

After logging in to your festival account, you find a list of the items purchased by you or you will be able add your tickets to your account and then will be able to opt for getting the value of these items to be refunded on your festival account as a balance This balance is super flexible and can be used for purchasing any tickets or other festival extras (accommodations or even food and drinks) for Telekom VOLT Festival 2021 and also the two other music festivals organised by us: Sziget Festival and Balaton Sound.Create your festival account
